You have a great website – it was built by Solid Stuff after all – but like any great tool, your site needs care and maintenance to remain in peak condition. Updates to content, layout changes, integrations, new landing pages, optimisation and incremental improvement – these are things that you and your team could do yourselves, but let’s face it, time isn’t your friend and websites are harder than people like to admit. Time goes by, things start piling up and eventually a large effort is required to get your site back on track – what was supposed to be manageable is now a time consuming and costly project.

But what if it didn’t have to be this way, what if after launch, Solid Stuff could just continue to take care of your website? What if you could subscribe to our services? Now you can!

Why subscribe?

Your website is your  business’s single most important communication tool. It’s the interface that existing and new clients are most likely to encounter first when they consider working with you. By subscribing, you ensure our expert attention to detail is at your service every month – at a discounted rate. Subscribing is, quite frankly, what industry veterans refer to as a no-brainer.

What does it cost?

Pricing available on request. Subscription packages are priced at a reduced rate and a monthly, quarterly or annual payment option can be determined.

How does it work?

Each subscription is tailored to the client’s needs, and  will vary accordingly, but here are the basics:

  • At the start of a subscription, an engagement agreement is signed and a general scope of work is agreed upon.
  • You will have access to a task queue in order to prioritise, add requests and view what’s in progress.
  • We will project manage and keep track of hours spent on our side.
  • To keep the creative work flowing, we do not submit detailed reports on time spent and there will be no “roll over” of unused hours.

What about bigger projects?

It’s true, subscriptions are well suited to a stream of smaller tasks. For larger pieces of work we will assess and provide a project estimate outside of the subscription.

What if we run out of hours?

Once we use up the 12 hours, work will continue the following month. Urgent additional tasks can be accommodated at an ad hoc rate. If your business needs more support on a regular basis, we can upgrade to a larger package e.g. 20 hours pm or 30 hours pm.

What if we run out of work?

Pausing or cancelling subscriptions will be subject to a relevant notice period.

Can you also do x, y and z?

As you know, Solid Stuff also offers Content Writing and Photography. If there’s something else you have in mind, let us know and we can talk about the possibility of boosting your subscription to include a particular task or service.
